My name is Helena Gaughan. I am 27 years old and I am from Mayo which is on the west coast of Ireland. I live beside this sea stack you see below in Ballycastle – beautiful isn’t it?

My Favorite thing about this time of year is the pumpkin spice lattes available which explains the theme of my blog

I am a part time second year student in a masters in public advocacy and activism.

I took an interest in doing this course due to the nature of my work. I currently work as a Social Care Worker in Residential service for people with disabilities and I identified the need for a bigger focus on advocacy for people with a disability in Ireland
